Light to moderate rain/ thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over over the country in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Friday), according to the Met Office.

The highest temperature in the country on Thursday was recorded at 33.5 degrees Celsius in Rangpur and Sayedpur while the lowest temperature at 23.8 degrees in Tetulia. The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 31.4 degrees Celsius on Thursday and the lowest was 25.8 degrees.
