Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Sylhet divisions and the regions of Cumilla and Noakhali until 06:00 pm today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office.

Weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country.

Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country during late night to early morning.

Night temperature may rise by (1-2)°C and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Tuesday was recorded at 31.6 degrees Celsius in Teknaf of Cox's Bazar while the lowest temperature 11.3 degrees Celsius in Tentulia of Rangpur.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 29 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 21.4 degrees.
