Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Chattogram, Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna and Barishal divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Friday), according to the Met Office.
The highest temperature in the country on Thursday was recorded at 36.0 degrees Celsius in Rangamati, while the lowest temperature at 16.0 degrees in Dinajpur.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 27.5 degrees Celsius on Thursday and the lowest was 20.2 degrees.
