Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rajshahi, Chattogram, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Tuesday), according to the Met Office.

The highest temperature in the country on Monday was recorded at 35.2 degrees Celsius in Jashore and Mongla, while the lowest temperature at 18.2 degrees in Tetulia and Dinajpur.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 32.7 degrees Celsius on Monday and the lowest was 20.9 degrees.
