Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions in the next 20 hours from 06:00 am today (Monday), according to the Met Office.

It may also occur at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls.

Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Sunday was recorded at 36.0 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi while the lowest temperature at 24.8 degrees in Bandarban.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 32.7 degrees Celsius on Sunday and the lowest was 28.0 degrees.
