Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions over the country 06:00 pm today (Wednesday), according to the Met office.
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The highest temperature in the country on Tuesday was recorded at 35.6 degrees Celsius in Chuadanga while the lowest temperature 25.4 degrees Celsius in Bandarban.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 29 degrees.
