Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram & Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Thursday), according to the Met Office.

It may also occur at a few places over Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls.

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Wednesday was recorded at 35.0 degrees Celsius in Chuadanga while the lowest temperature at 25.0 degrees in Cox's Bazar and Bandarban.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.6 degrees Celsius on Wednesday and the lowest was 27.3 degrees.
