Rain likely today

Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at many places over Mymensingh division with moderately heavy to very heavy falls at places over the country until 6:00 pm today (Monday), according to the Met office.

Day and night temperature may fall slightly over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Sunday was recorded at 36 degrees Celsius in Sylhet while the lowest temperature 23.9 degrees Celsius in Bandarban.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 25.4 degrees.
