Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country until 6:00 pm today (Friday), according to the Met Office.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Thursday at 35.5 degrees Celsius in Feni while the lowest temperature was 21.8 degrees Celsius in Tentulia of Rangpur.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 31.5 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 26.1 degrees.
