Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions until 6:00 pm today (Saturday), according to the Met Office.

Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The highest temperature was recorded on Friday at 35.5 degrees Celsius in Ishurdi of Pabna, while the lowest was 23.8 degrees Celsius in Sylhet.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.2 degrees Celsius, and the lowest was 27.5 degrees Celsius.
