Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at many places over Rangpu, Mymensingh, Chattogram, Sylhet, Dhaka, Barishal and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy very heavy falls in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Tuesday), reports UNB.
Mild heat wave is sweeping over the regions of Faridpur, Khulna and Jashore.
Day and night temperature may fall slightly over the country, said the Met Office.
The country's highest temperature 37.2 degrees Celsius was recorded on Monday in Jashore and the lowest 24.5 degrees in Sylhet.
