Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions, reports UNB.
Mild heat wave is likely to sweep at places over Khulna and Rajshahi divisions in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Sunday).
Day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the Met Office said.
The country's highest temperature 36.2 degrees Celsius was recorded on Saturday in Rajshahi and the lowest 22.1degrees in Sylhet.
The sun sets in the city today (Sunday) at 6:40 pm and rises tomorrow (Monday) at 5:12 am.
