Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Sunday), reports UNB.

Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over northwestern part and river basins and light to moderate fog elsewhere over the country during midnight until morning, the Met Office said.

Mild cold wave is sweeping over the districts of Srimangal, Pabna and Chuadanga and it may continue and spread.

Night temperature fall by 1-2 degree Celsius and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The country's highest temperature 27.6 degrees Celsius was recorded on Saturday in Teknaf and the lowest 08.4 degrees in Srimangal.
