Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions, reports UNB.
It may also occur at a few places over Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls over the country in next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Tuesday).
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the Met Office said.
The country's highest temperature 34.5 degrees Celsius was recorded on Monday in Rajshahi, Ishwardi and the lowest 23.8degrees in Kumarkhali.
The sun sets in the city today (Tuesday) at 06:14 pm and rises tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5:41 am.
