CHATTOGRAM, Dec 22 (UNB): The decomposed body of an unidentified woman was recovered from a hill of Adhunagar Rashida Ghona Kulpagli in Lohagara upazila of Chattogram on Thursday.
Locals spotted the body of a woman wearing black burqa on Thursday afternoon and informed police.
On information, police recovered the body with no injury mark, said Rashedul Islam, officer-in-charge (OC) of Lohagara thana.
Later, the body was sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy, he added.
Efforts are on to find the identity of the woman and unearth the mystery of the murder.
A case will be file over the incident, said the OC.
