Workshop on cultural, ed news reporting at BC from Aug 19

A five-day training workshop on 'cultural and education news reporting' will begin at the city's British Council (BC) auditorium August 19.
BC has designed the course for the young journalists of electronic media to make them efficient to explore the theory and practice of news reporting and attain greater expertise in the art of expressing, editing and evaluating texts.
Media specialist Peter Hiscocks of Thomson Founda-tion (TF) UK will conduct the workshop.
On the other hand, the five-day training course for the journalists of print media ended successfully Thursday. Peter Hiscocks distributed Thomson Foundation certificates among the participants.
