Primary and Mass Education Ministry has decided to retake the written test for recruitment to the post of 'Assistant Teacher' for the primary school on March 14, 2014, sources said.
Earlier, the tests of 17 districts held on November 8 last year was cancelled on allegation of question paper leakage.
Additional secretary of the ministry SM Ashraful Islam Thursday told the journalists that the hour-long written test will start at 10:00am.
The fresh written tests will be held in Dhaka, Narayanganj, Mymensingh, Netrokona, Sherpur Rajshahi, Lalmonirhat, Cox's Bazaar, Satkhira, Pabna, Jhenaidah, Rajbari, Meherpur, Khulna, Sunamganj, Moulavibazaar and Habiganj district.
Mr Islam said that the government had formed a high-powered probe committee on December 12 following an allegation over the question leakage and based on the given report the authorities had cancelled the test for the 17 districts on December 17.
A total of 968,127 job seekers appeared the employment test across the country held on November 8 last year.
