10 injured in Jubo Dal intra-clash in Chittagong

CHITTAGONG, Feb 23 (UNB): Ten persons were injured in sporadic clashes between two groups of Jubo Dal, youth wing of opposition BNP, during their procession here Wednesday.
The divisional rally of Jubo Dal began at Laldighi Maidan in the city at 2:30 pm.
Supporters of two groups were engaged in chase and counter chase over chanting slogan by rival groups, leaving 10 persons injured.
The rally, however, ended at about 5:00 pm without any disruption.
Central BNP leader Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain was present as the chief guest while city Jubo Dal president Abul Hossain Bakkar presided over it.
