13 Ctg Shibir activists put on remand

CHATTOGRAM, Sept, 10 (BSS): A Chattogram court on Monday granted a one- day remand for 13 activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir in sabotage case.
Senior Chattogram Metropolitan Judicial Magistrate Abu Salem Mohammad Noman granted them one-day remand when Sadarghat police produced them before the court with a 10-day remand prayer, court sources said.
Earlier, police arrested them with a number of books on jihad (religious uprisings) and leaflets on September 03.
