142 ICS men placed before Ctg court

CHITTAGONG, July 5: The Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) produced 142 leaders and activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir (ICS) before the magistrate court this (Monday) afternoon.
The CMP arrested the leaders and activists as they vandalised over 60 vehicles and shops at Halishahar and Double Mooring area in the port city Sunday.
Assistant Commissioner (DB) of CMP said a total of 142 ICS leaders and activists have been shown arrested and produced before the court.
Two separate cases have been lodged with Double Mooring and Halishahar police stations in this connection.
