The family of a Jubo League (JL) activist killed in Saturday's factional clash in Kushtia filed a murder case against 20 people including an Awami Swechchhasebak League leader, reports bdnews24.com.
Additional Supe-rintendent of Police (ASP) Sohel Reza on Sunday said Kushtia Model thana's OC Abdul Khalek was also withdrawn for his alleged negligence in duty.
Sabuj (25) died on Saturday from stab injuries sustained during the clash between two groups of Awami League supporters in the town's Majampur Gate area.
