21 Jamaat men held in Barisal

BARISAL, Aug 14 (UNB): Some 21 leaders and activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and its student wing Islami Chhatra Shibir were attested from a house in the city's Amtola area Thursday night.
Barisal city unit Jamaat ameer Adv Moazzem Hossain Helal, its secretary Zahiruddin Mohammad Babar and nayeb-e-ameer (vice president) Bazlur Rahman Bachchu were among the arrestees.
