The second death anniversary of former Awami League advisory council member and railways minister Suranjit Sengupta will be observed today (Tuesday), reports BSS.
Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote will organise a memorial meeting on the late veteran politician at 10:30 am at National Press club in the city.
Derai and Sullah upazila units of Awami League in Sylhet and its associate bodies will organise programmes marking his death anniversary.
