3 govt officials among 6 facing graft case

The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) on Tuesday gave clearance to file a case against six people, including three government officials, for reportedly grabbing vested property worth Tk 11 million and later selling it.
The Commission at its regular meeting approved the proposal of filing a case against them, ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told UNB.
The case will be filed against former assistant commissioner (land) Anisur Rahman (now executive magistrate, RAB), assistant commissioner (land) Samar Chandra Sutradar, former assistant officer (land) Humayyun Mollah, and Mohammad Ali Hossain, M Mohiuddin and Jinat Ara Parvin of Wari, Dhaka.
