3 Pakistanis on 13-day remand

A Dhaka court Monday granted 13 days remand to three Pakistani citizens believed to be members of Tehrik-e-Taliban of Pakistan in two separate cases filed with Ramna thana, reports BSS.
Police produced them before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court with prayers seeking 10 days remand in each of the two cases filed under Passport Act and Anti-terrorism Act.
The remanded accused are: Mehmud (26), son of Ali Ahmed of Malir, Usman (23), son of Md Hashem and Fakhrul Hasan (50) of Kourongi in Pakistan.
Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested the three from the gate of Shilpakala Academy at around 11:30 pm Sunday.
