39 including ex-MPs Ranga, Bablu sued in Rangpur

RANGPUR, Nov 19 (BSS): A case was filed against 39 leaders and activists of Awami League and Jatiya Party, including former Jatiya Party MP Mashiur Rahman Ranga and former Awami League MP Asaduzzaman Bablu, with Gangachara model police station in Rangpur on Monday.

Some 250 to 260 people have been named as unidentified accused in this case.

"Abdullah Al Babu, joint general secretary of Gangachara upazila Jatiyatabadi Tanti Dal, filed the case with Gangachara model police station on Monday," Sub-Inspector David Himadri Barma.
