55 held over sabotage plan in Satkhira

SATKHIRA, May 9 (UNB): Police in an overnight drive arrested 55 people, including four leaders and activists of Jamaat-e-Islami, from different places of the district from Friday night to Saturday morning for their suspected plan to carry out subversive activities in the country.
Police said they in separate drives arrested 55 people in connection with several cases filed for planning to carry out subversive activities.
