ACC sues ex-MP Shambhu, wife

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) sued former Barguna-1 MP of Awami League (AL) Dhirendra Debnath Shambhu and his wife Madhabi Debnath over allegations of amassing illegal wealth on Wednesday , reports BSS.
The ACC, an anti-graft watchdog, also issued notices on Shambhu's son Sunam Debnath, daughter Shukla Debnath, and Sunam's wife Kaspiya Talukdar, asking them to submit their wealth statements immediately.
