The Anti-corruption Commission (ACC) has decided to launch investigation against three members of the parliament over allegation of acquiring illegal wealth, reports UNB.
The three are Awami League MP Mizanur Rahman and former BNP MPs Ruhul Kuddus Dulu and Asadul Habib Dulu, ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told the news agency on Thursday.
He said that Khulna-2 constituency MP and Awami League leader Mizanur Rahman misused his power in Khulna City Corporation and other government offices in his constituency to secure work orders in the name of his family members.
