AL activist shot at in Kushtia

KUSHTIA, Apr 9 (UNB): Suspected underground terrors shot and wounded an Awami League (AL) cadre at Sadarpur Bazar in Mirpur Upazila Thursday afternoon.
Kamrul Arefin, organising secretary of Sadarpur Upazila AL, was taking tea at a stall in the bazar at about 5.00 pm. Three gunmen coming in a motorbike fired at Kamrul wounding him in the leg, witnesses said.
