AL announces 12-day prog from Sept 23

Ruling Awami League on Tuesday announced various programmes in Dhaka and outside the city for 12 days starting from September 23, reports UNB.
The announcement was made after a joint meeting of the presidents and general secretaries of Dhaka Metropolitan North and South Awami League and its associate bodies at Dhanmondi on Tuesday.
Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbubul Alam Hanif briefed the journalists about the programmes after the meeting.
He said a rally will be held at Baitul Mukarram Mosque South Gate on September 23 at 2:30 pm under the initiative of Dhaka Metropolitan North and South Awami League.
On September 25, Metropolitan North Awami League will hold a rally at Uttara and Metropolitan South Awami League will hold a rally at Jatrabari at 2:30 pm.
Gazipur City Awami League will hold a rally in Tongi on September 27 at 2:30 pm. On the same day, Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League will hold a rally at Kafrul in Mirpur.
On September 28, a doa and milad-mahfil will be held on the occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi at the Bangladesh Awami League Central Office on Bangabandhu Avenue.
On September 29, a discussion meeting will be organized by the Bangladesh Awami League on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Bangabandhu International Conference Center. Besides, instructions have been given to take various programmes across the country on this occasion.
On September 30, a farmers' rally will be organized by the Bangladesh Krishak League at 2:30 pm at Baitul Mukarram mosque south gate.
On October 4, Awami League will hold a rally at Mirsarai in Chattogram at 2:30 pm.
