RANGPUR, Aug 25 (BSS): The police have arrested vice-president of Gangachara Upazila Awami League (AL) Md Aminur Rahman in Rangpur after conducting a special drive.
The arrested has been identified as Aminur Rahman, son of late Abdur Rahman of the Kuthipara area of Gangachara upazila in the district.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of police arrested him from the Zero Point area of Gangachara Bazar in the upazila town at around 10:00 pm on Sunday.
