AL to observe Jail Killing Day tomorrow

Awami League (AL) will observe the Jail Killing Day on November 3 in a befitting manner, reports UNB.
Four national leaders-Syed Nazrul Islam, Tajuddin Ahmed, Mansoor Ali and AHM Quamruzzaman-were shot dead inside the Dhaka Central Jail in the early hours on this day in 1975.
AL has chalked out elaborate programme to observe the day.
The programme includes hoisting of national flag at half-mast and black flag atop party offices, wearing of black badge, placing of wreaths at the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and at Banani graveyard, Milad mahfil and special prayer.
