Archbishop of Bangladesh Paulinas Kosta DD made a courtesy call on President Iajuddin Ahmed at Bangabhaban Sunday, reports UNB.
The Archbishop apprised the President of the activities of his community.
Appreciating the existing communal harmony in Bangladesh, Paulinas Kosta expressed his gratitude to the President for extending his cooperation to the country's Christian community.
The President said that Bangladesh is a country of communal harmony where Bangladeshis irrespective of all religions are living together in a peaceful atmosphere.
"We all have to work together for the welfare of the country as well the nation," he said.
