Arrest warrant against 11 war crime suspects of Jessore

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 issued on Tuesday arrest warrant against 11 alleged Razakars of Jessore district, reports BSS.

The 11 are Ibrahim Hossain, Md Billal Hossain, Sheikh Md Mujibur Rahman, Md A Aziz Sarder, Qazi Ohidur Islam alias Qazi Wahidur Salam, Md Aziz Sarder, Lutfor Morol, Abdul Khalek Morol, Md Akram Hossain, Ojihar Morol and Moshiar Rahman.

The tribunal issued the warrant accepting a plea of the prosecutor Rezia Sultana Chemon.

According to the prosecution, involvement of these eleven in the crimes against humanity was found during the investigation into the alleged crimes committed by former Jamaat and BNP MP Mawlana Sakhawat Hossain, who is now in jail.
