A court in the city Saturday fixed October 13 for defence hearing on charge framing against 30 persons, including BNP Senior Vice-chairman Tarique Rahman, implicated in the supplementary charge sheets of August 21, 2004 grenade attack cases.
Judge Shahed Nuruddin of the Speedy Trial Tribunal-1 fixed the date after the prosecution completed its hearing on charge framing in the cases - one for murder and another under explosives act, reports BSS.
