Hearing of charge-framing against former state minister for Home Affairs Lutfozzaman Babar in a tax evasion case was deferred for the seventh time, reports bdnews24.com.
His lawyers petitioned for more time Tuesday saying that they had appealed the High Court (HC) to cancel the case.
