Badi's nephew ex-Teknaf MP Shahjahan arrested

The Rapid Action Battalion has arrested Shahjahan Mia, nephew of former Teknaf Mp Abdur Rahman Badi, from Dhaka, reports bdnews24.com.

Shahjahan was arrested from the Bashundhara Residential Area on Sunday, the media wing of RAB said in a statement.

Former Teknaf Sadar Union chairman Shahjahan, a listed drug dealer, has been arrested, the statement said.

Video footage is available of Shahjahan openly attacking protesters of the quota reform movement.
