Bangabandhu Corner inaugurated at BUET Titumir Hall

Vice-chancellor of BUET Prof Dr Satya Prasad Majumdar inaugurating the Bangabandhu Corner at the library of Titumir Hall of the university at a ceremony in the city recently.
A 'Liberation War and Bangabandhu Corner' has been set up at the library of Titumir Hall of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) marking the National Mourning Day and the 46th martyrdom anniversary of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the city recently, says a press release.
Vice-chancellor of BUET Prof. Dr. Satya Prasad Majumdar inaugurated the Bangabandhu Corner at a ceremony. Pro-vice-chancellor of BUET Dr. Abdul Jabbar Khan, Director of Students' Welfare Prof. Mizanur Rahman, Provost of Titumir Hall Prof. Dr. Jiban Podder, were also present on the occasion, among others.
The history of the Great Liberation War has been highlighted in the corner with the aim of keeping the unique contribution of Bangabandhu in the creation of an independent sovereign Bangladesh state and the reconstruction of post-independence Bangladesh to our generation.
