Bangladesh slams bomb attack in Afghanistan

Bangladesh Thursday condemned bomb attack in the Afghan province of Baglan Tuesday in which a large number of people were killed along with six Members of Parliament, reports BSS.
"We condemn such despicable acts of mindless violence through which innocent lives are lost", a foreign ministry press release said in the city Thursday adding, "such acts are despicable since they are against all civilised norms and human values."
"The government of Bangladesh stands by the government and people of Afghanistan and conveys its profound sympathy to the members of the bereaved families who have lost their near and dear ones", the press release added.
