August 16, 2009 00:00:00

Leaders of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists' (BFUJ) and Dhaka Journalists' Union (DUJ) Saturday demanded execution of the verdict of the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman murder case, reports UNB.
The demand came from a discussion jointly organised by BFUJ and DRU on the occasion of the National Mourning Day.
They also denounced the National Press Club for not hoisting black flag and not keeping the national flag at half-mast Saturday, the 34th death anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. "Such arrogance is tantamount to treason."
