Bhutan's envoy appreciates judiciary separation

Bhutanese Ambassador in Bangladesh Dasho Tshering Dorji appreciated the separation of the judiciary from the executive by the caretaker government.
The ambassador made the observation when he called on Adviser for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Mainul Hosein at the latter's office in the city Sunday, reports UNB.
They discussed ways of enhancing bilateral trade and cooperation between Bangladesh and Bhutan.
Terming the judiciary separation as an 'epoch-making' initiative, the Bhutanese envoy thanked the law adviser for it on behalf of his government.
They also exchanged views on different bilateral issues and agreed that there has been an excellent relation existing between the two countries.
The ambassador apprised the adviser that there is a great demand for Bangladeshi ready-made garments, jute goods, medicines and melamine in Bhutan.
