BNP activist killed by his rivals

HABIGANJ, Mar 4 (UNB): An activist of BNP was killed allegedly by his rival group following enmity over establishing supremacy at Shakua village under Nabiganj Upazila Friday. The deceased was identified as Yusuf (26), son of Nijam Uddin of the village. Police said there was a longstanding dispute between Shahabuddin Shanti group of BNP and Abdul Kuddus Sagor of Jubo League over establishing supremacy in the village. Few days ago Shah Alam (32), nephew of Sagor was killed allegedly by the rival group. Some supporters of Sagor went to Yusuf's house and called him out and locked into an altercation over the killing.
