BNP chalks out 3-day Independence Day programme

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) announced on Thursday a three-day long programme on the occasion of the Independence Day.

Publicity Secretary of the party Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie announced the programme at a meeting at the party chairperson's Gulshan office in the capital.

As per the announcement, the party will bring out a freedom fighters' procession on March 25 from in front of its Nayapaltan central office in the capital.

The procession will start at 10:00 am and end at 12:00 noon. Party leaders and activists will hoist national and party flags at 6:00 am on March 26.

Besides, they will march from Gulshan party chairperson's office to Savar National Mausoleum on March 26 to pay their respect to the martyrs of the country's independence.
