BNP, Jamaat enemies of democracy, says Inu

Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) President and Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu said Friday the BNP and the Jamaat-e-Islami are enemies of democracy, reports BSS.
The nation would be in danger, if Bangladesh could not be protected from them, Mr Inu said this while speaking as the chief guest at JSD Dhaka divisional council at the Shaheed Colonel Taher auditorium in the city Friday.
JSD standing committee member Shirin Akhtar, MP, joint general secretary Nazmul Haq Prodhan, MP, Lutfa Taher, MP, organising secretary Nurul Akhtar and Karim Sikder addressed the function with JSD joint general secretary Iqbal Hossain Khan in the chair.
Councillors of Dhaka, Manikganj, Narayanganj, Narsingdi, Gazipur, Munshiganj, Faridpur, Rajbari, Gopalganj, Madaripur and Shariatpur districts took part in the meeting.
The minister said BNP chief Khaleda Zia is the patron of militants, Razakars and war criminals. She would not be eligible for taking part in talks on democracy and election until she quits them.
