BHOLA, June 10 (UNB): A BNP leader and an activist were arrested from Bhola Municipality Saturday night.
On information, a naval contingent arrested Monjurul Alam, commissioner of Ward No-1 of Bhola Municipality, from local bus stand while BNP activist Togu (38) from Kheyaghat.
Both were accused in a number of cases, a naval contingent source said. After interrogation, the arrested were handed over to the police later.
