A court in the city on Sunday granted bail to BNP vice-chairman Air Vice Marshal (retd) Altaf Hossain Choudhury in two separate cases filed with Ramna Model Police Station.
The court of Dhaka Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Md Sultan Uddin Sohagh passed the order.
Earlier, the court shown Choudhury arrested in three cases, including one filed over attack on the official residence of Chief Justice (CJ) during BNP's grand rally in the city's Nayapaltan area on October 28.
