BNP leader Badruzzaman Khosru dies


Badruzzaman Khosru, BNP's religious affairs secretary, died of cardiac arrest at a city hospital. He was 74, reports UNB.
Khosru, also an industrialist, breathed his last at Square Hospitals around 4:30pm, said BNP chairperson's media wing member Sayrul Kabir Khan.
He is survived by wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
Sayrul said Khosru's first namaz-e-janaza was held at a Dhanmondi Mosque after Magrib prayers. His second janaza will be held in front of BNP's Nayapaltan central office around 11am today (Thursday).
