The HC bench of justice Reza Ul Haq and justice Md Khasruzzaman gave the order on Tuesday.
The cases were filed at Dhaka's Mirpur and Pallabi thanas over violence during the BNP-led 20-party's hartals and blockade.
In recent times, Miah has been avoiding public appearance. However, on Tuesday, he appeared before the court during the hearing of bail petition.
AJ Mohammad Ali argued Miah's case at the hearing where Deputy Attorney General Fazlul Rahman Khan represented the state.
