BNP won't step into trap of provocation: Mosharraf

BNP senior leader Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain said on Monday their party will not change their current peaceful programmes despite 'government provocations', reports UNB.
Speaking at a discussion, he also said the government has got unnerved as its 'evil designs' have backfired due to BNP's peaceful movement after Khaleda's jailing.
"Before going to jail, our leader (Khaleda) clearly instructed us to carry out the movement in a peaceful and disciplined manner for her release, forcing the government to create a level-playing field and hold the next polls under a non-party neutral election-time administration," the BNP leader said.
He further said, "We won't step into the trap of provocation set by the government to foil our peaceful programmes. We won't get agitated following their instigation. We'll free our leader from jail and realise our demand for holding the next polls under neutral government through a peaceful and systematic movement."
